Florida Board of Acupuncture Approved

The Florida Board of Acupuncture requires acupuncturists to complete 30 hours of acupuncture continuing education credit by meeting minimum hourly requirements for special topics and general topics. Nearly every HealthCMi course is pre-approved by the Florida Board of Acupuncture and CE Broker for Florida acupuncture continuing education credit (CEs). Please check each course listing for Florida total CE value and category. All completed courses are credited to CE Broker (Information Systems of Florida) to fulfill Florida Board of Acupuncture requirements.

Nearly every course is pre-approved by the Florida Board of Acupuncture for General Hours.
The Florida Board of Acupuncture requires: "Every licensee must complete 30 hours of approved CE within the biennium for which they are claimed."
Acupuncturists must fulfill 21 general CE hours:

Note: Continuing education programs relating to laboratory tests and imaging findings are now considered as biomedical sciences by the Florida Board of Acupuncture- the laws have changed.

The Florida acupuncture license renewal process requires that acupuncturists complete 30 continuing education credit hours every two years. At HealthCMI, acupuncture continuing education courses are Florida Board of Acupuncture, NCCAOM, and California Acupuncture Board approved for acupuncture continuing education license renewal credit. HealthCMi also meets British Columbia (CTCMA) and Alberta (CAAA) Canada requirements.
