Eloise A.
Glendale, California
If I told you that the course consisted of reading research papers together, in a live webinar setting, you might think that it had to be a tedious experience. Not so, say I! What saves the experience is the breadth and depth of the presenters knowledge, plus his responsiveness to the online participants. We digressed into places that the students had questions on gracefully, and then went back to the topic we started from. The teacher had answers immediately to most questions, and if he didn't - he looked it up! Plus he was completely receptive to the knowledge of the participants, so sometimes it was more of a discussion among equals. Also, I had no idea that HCMi is a research library, with printable studies that make wonderful patient hand-outs. This is a great resource that I am grateful to have found.

Sam W.

It also offers flexibility to participate in the discussion and expand topics based on the audience involvement. There are also good recommendations regarding reference books, techniques, and strategies.

Interesting topics covered in this "non-linear" style course. Liked the instructor, Adam White, very much. Lots of information. Found research on needles very useful. Good to know about HealthCMi's news and articles available on website. Happy there is quality Live on-line classes during this stay at home time. His communication style was greatly appreciated.

Keith S.
El Cerrito, California
I enjoyed the friendly, casual open-minded discussion with a kind, engaged and experienced practitioner. Going over bonafide Acu research that has already been selected and seeing where mine & the teacher’s and the group opinion or practice choices may differ from that presented was relevant and clinically applicable. I found this format appealing to me personally both in its congenial un-rushed approach to discussion, as well as providing a broader perspective on what my profession is contributing at this time. I left feeling more engaged. (And thank goodness there is no quiz)

Laila N.
Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania

I found the course to be very informative. I especially appreciated the laid back manner in which the class was taught. It was great and refreshing to have other attendants be able to ask questions and have them answered immediately, rather than having them recorded and answered a later date. I found this course very helpful as well. I think addressing the opioid issue was very important. I truly loved the food shopping trip the whole class went on. Very different, fun, and full of useful information. Highly recommend this class.

I enjoyed the course very much. Adam has a very relaxed teaching style, is very knowledgeable, conveys dedication and belief in the medicine, and is very adaptive to his students’ interests and excitement.

Interesting review of recent research publications with windows into current COVID events and how to pursue data driven research with access to articles published in Asia and translated for the American medical community. The presenters style of highlighting and interpreting the articles within a greater context of the field of research available. Thank you for all you do to keep the community informed and dynamically engaged.
